Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive a sample before we start the full production. You can make changes to the design at that stage.

If you spot an error right after checkout, call us at 416-252-1111—we’ll cancel the order so you can resubmit. Once the sample is on its way, any edits will have to wait until you’ve received it.

The minimum order is 10 products and can be split amongst different items, yes. If it is a re-order for more of the same custom items you already recieved or ordered, please reach out to us and we will make that happen.
