We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all of our Pro Blackout products with a minimum spend of $100.

This will be applied as a $20 rate discount off of shipping, enough to cover the $19.99 flat rate we charge to most locations. If you select a more expensive rate, such as Express Shipping, the cost of the shipping will be discounted by $20.

Fulfillment & Delivery Time

Oftentimes when you need a stick, you need a stick ASAP. Your go-to weapon has broken and now you need a new twig pronto. We get it! It's for this reason HockeyStickMan puts an immense emphasis on getting your new stick into your hands as quickly as possible.

We aim to have your order fulfilled by next business day, if not same day! Once your order has been fulfilled, your stick will arrive within the advertised business-day timeline for the shipping level you select.

HockeyStickMan fulfills orders 7 days a week. Once fulfilled, you will receive a notification with your tracking info to the email used to place the order. Please bear in mind, carriers generally don't pick up shipments over the weekend. An order placed Friday commonly won't see an update on the tracking info until Monday.

Please Note:

• We ship with FedEx or UPS in most cases. To certain remote areas, Canada Post or USPS must be used to reach your area. In these cases, shipping times are generally longer than advertised.
• The advertised shipping time for your selected service would be the typical timeline in business days once the courier has picked it up. You will receive a notification once we package your item, and another once it has been scanned in by the courier.
• The flat rate we charge (if not Free Shipping) does not actually cover the cost of shipping a hockey stick. This is absorbed by HockeyStickMan.

Return Eligibility

1. A stick is eligible for return or exchange as long as it remains unused, untaped, and unaltered. If that is not the case, returns will not be accepted, no exceptions.
2. Barring any error in fulfillment, a stick that has been ordered with a custom namebar or logo is not eligible for return, no exceptions. This item has been customized for you, and is no longer returnable.
3. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returns will not be accepted if the process has not been initiated within 30 days.
4. Customers are required to pay a $20 flat rate to return an item. Generally, this does not cover the cost to actually have the item shipped, and that additional cost is absorbed by HockeyStickMan.
5. In the event of exchange, HockeyStickMan covers the cost of the exchanged item back to you.
6. If a return is made on an item that does not meet the criteria outlined in point #1, the purchase will not be credited or refunded.

Customized Pro Blackout Sticks

All Pro Blackouts customized with either a namebar, logo, or both, are ineligible for return or exchange.

1. Since this item has been customized to your specifications, HSM is unable to accept returns or exchanges of Customized Pro Blackout Sticks.
2. Please ensure all information is correct (flex, curve, hand, etc.) before placing an order.
3. Logo and Namebar will print EXACTLY AS SUBMITTED.

Incorrectly Done Custom Name Bar/Logo

Any Pro Blackout sticks that had a custom name bar/logo ordered and done incorrectly will be replaced free of charge, or the customer can opt to keep the incorrectly customized stick for a 50% refund in lieu of a replacement stick.

An Incorrect Name Bar is defined as not matching the exact information as given by the customer upon their purchase.

PRO BLACKOUT™ BRAND STICKS

Pro Blackout™ sticks are manufactured in a Pro Stock stick facility. In short, this means that the sticks are made with a higher defense against the defects that can lead to early breakage.

One-Time Full Replacement Warranty (30 Days)

All Pro Blackout™ sticks are covered by a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, provided through HockeyStickMan. If a stick breaks within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a one-time full replacement.

If the exact model is no longer available, a HockeyStickMan gift card for the full original purchase value will be issued, minus a $20 replacement shipping fee which can be used toward a replacement or other products. This fee is waived if the stick is picked up locally at one of HSM's retail locations.

To Submit a Warranty Claim:

• You must provide evidence of the broken stick.

This can be done by either:

• Bringing the stick to an HSM retail location
• Submitting a claim online within 30 days of receiving the stick (applies to shipped orders)
• Submit your Pro Blackout warranty claim here

Failure to submit valid proof within this 30-day window will result in ineligibility for warranty coverage.

Required Proof:

Please refer to the photo guidelines at the top of the warranty portal submission page. These images are necessary for us to process your claim with the manufacturer. Without proper documentation, we cannot proceed with your warranty request.

Important: This is a one-time replacement warranty only. The replacement stick does not come with any additional warranty coverage. A $20 warranty replacement shipping fee applies to all approved claims—charged at the time of replacement (waived if the stick is picked up in-store).

Value Blackouts™ - 30 Day Full Coverage

Value Blackout™ sticks do come with full 30-day coverage. Breakage within 30 days of the receipt of the stick (or arrival date in the event of shipping) would be eligible for a one-time replacement. Replacement of the exact stick purchased would be awarded in such a case.

While a fantastic value option at their price point, the Value Blackouts are not designed to Pro Stock stick standards, nor are they made of the top-end materials that Pro Blackouts™ are. As such, we offer a full in-house replacement for these sticks.

WHAT CLASSIFIES AS A BREAK

The following damage would classify as a broken stick eligible for warranty:

1. A complete break in the shaft or blade of the stick.
2. A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade of the stick that renders the stick unusable.

WHAT DOES NOT CLASSIFY AS A BREAK

A stick may have the following damage, but does not qualify for a warranty:

1. Surface marks or scuffing.
2. Cosmetic scratches in the shaft or blade that do not travel through the carbon fiber.
3. Soft or “spongy” blades that still hold full rigidity.
4. Whippy or “whipped-out” sticks
5. A chip in the blade or shaft

Please note, warranty only applies in circumstances of breakage during routine use. Items abused, neglected, or misused are not applicable for warranty.
