We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all Closeout sticks with a minimum spend of $100 on Free Shipping–eligible items. This is applied as a $20 shipping rate discount, enough to cover the $19.99 flat rate charged to most locations. If a more expensive shipping option is selected, such as Express Shipping, $20 will still be deducted from the shipping cost.

Fulfillment & Delivery Time

When you need a stick, you need it ASAP. Your go-to weapon has broken and now you need a new twig pronto. We get it. That’s why HockeyStickMan places a strong emphasis on getting your new stick into your hands as quickly as possible.

We aim to have orders fulfilled by the next business day, if not the same day. Once fulfilled, your stick will arrive within the advertised business-day timeline for the shipping level you select.

HockeyStickMan fulfills orders seven days a week. After fulfillment, you will receive a notification with your tracking information sent to the email used at checkout. Please note that most carriers do not pick up shipments over the weekend, and tracking updates may not appear until the following business day. As a result, orders placed on Friday often will not show tracking movement until Monday.

Please note:

• We ship with FedEx or UPS in most cases. In certain remote areas, Canada Post or USPS may be used, which can result in longer shipping times.
• Advertised shipping timelines reflect typical business-day transit times once the courier has picked up the package.
• The flat-rate shipping fee (when Free Shipping does not apply) does not fully cover the cost of shipping a hockey stick. The remaining cost is absorbed by HockeyStickMan.

Return Eligibility

1. A stick is eligible for return or exchange only if it remains unused, untaped, and unaltered. If these conditions are not met, returns will not be accepted, no exceptions.
2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Customers are responsible for a $20 flat-rate return shipping fee.
4. In the event of an exchange, HockeyStickMan covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
5. If a return is made on an item that does not meet the eligibility criteria above, no refund or credit will be issued.

Closeout Sticks

30-Day Coverage - One-Time Replacement

Sticks broken within 30 days from purchase, or arrival date in the event of shipping, are eligible for a one-time credit for the full purchase price of the stick before taxes. Credit is awarded via gift card and can be used at any time in the future.

• Sticks or items purchased with the full credit are not eligible for subsequent coverage. This is standard policy within the stick industry.

WHAT CLASSIFIES AS A BREAK

The following damage would classify as a broken stick eligible for warranty:

1. A complete break in the shaft or blade of the stick.
2. A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade of the stick that renders the stick unusable.

WHAT DOES NOT CLASSIFY AS A BREAK

A stick may have the following damage, but does not qualify for a warranty:

1. Surface marks or scuffing.
2. Cosmetic scratch in the shaft or blade that does not travel through the carbon fiber.
3. Soft or “spongy” blades that still hold full rigidity.
4. Whippy or “whipped-out” sticks
5. A chip in the blade or shaft

Please note, warranty only applies in circumstances of breakage during routine use. Items abused, neglected, or misused are not applicable for warranty.
